SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We provide free delivery for all orders addressed within Singapore. Otherwise, we provide insured next-day delivery via DHL at a flat rate of SGD 200 per order.

Keep your jewellery in a cool, shaded place such as in your wardrobe or dresser, away from heat and light. Store your jewellery in the box/pouch we will provide, or in a padded jewellery box. Keep your jewellery away from household and cosmetic chemicals.


We can arrange for repairs to be made by our trusted and highly-skilled craftsmen for all Boudica products. Clients must bear the full cost and associated fees. Contact us via email at boudicajewellery.sg@gmail.com so that we may make the appropriate arrangements for you.


Strictly no exchange and/or refund of goods is allowed. If your jewellery has sustained damage, we are happy to facilitate repairs at the client’s own cost (see above).


All prices stated include GST.


Once we have confirmed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with the invoice. Your receipt will be sent as soon as your order is confirmed. You will also receive a paper receipt in the shipment to your specified billing address. If you wish for us to send a gift receipt, do contact our Customer Service team at boudicajewellery.sg@gmail.com so that we may make the appropriate arrangements for you.
